Not a good experience. I told the salesperson what my down payment was and where my monthly payment and it was accepted. The vehicle was being delivered and the paperwork h I told the salesperson what my down payment was and where my monthly payment and it was accepted. The vehicle was being delivered and the paperwork had additional money which was not agreed to and as a result not funds were provided. I had a back and forth with the sales manager who was the one trying to collect more money. I contacted the General Sales manager Dino who was no real help. I contacted corporate to let them know what the situation was. After just over 2 weeks the situation was resolved. What a waste of time and it wasn’t as if the deal wasn’t profitable for the dealer. I used to be in the business. Horrible experience! The first lease with this dealer was nothing like this one. I’ve been with Acura/Honda over 15 years. More

I dropped off my car for service. No loaner cars were available. When the work was done, I was told they would send a Customer Shuttle to pick me up in about 20 minutes. They did not call me when they arrived, nor did the driver get out and knock on my front door. He simply honked his horn, and then was irritated with ME since he had apparently already honked a previous time and I didn't come out. When I asked why he didn't call when he arrived, he said he didn't have his glasses with him and couldn't read my phone number on his printout! And when asked why he didn't knock on the front door, he said, and I quote, "You don't have a front door"!!! OMG! Am I on candid camera? More
