Great Teamwork! My recent lease experience was fast and a result of great teamwork. From the GSM to the Sales & Leasing Consultant to the Business Manager to the on- My recent lease experience was fast and a result of great teamwork. From the GSM to the Sales & Leasing Consultant to the Business Manager to the on-site Insurance Agent. Basically my new car was prepped and the paperwork ready for signature when I arrived. The GSM is exceptional and VERY customer focused and truly cares that his Sales Team provides great service and that customers leave with a very positive impression of the dealership. My Sales and Leasing Consultant did an excellent job of ensuring everything I had asked for was provided and he knew I did not want to be at the dealership for very long. First time out seeing people during the Coronavirus AND I had to get home to watch night 2 of the NFL Draft! More
