I did not find the manager as easy to work with I felt he tried to take advantage of the Acura vip program I was offered. I know his job is to get best deal for the dealership but it almost cost the deal and left bad feeling. More

I had a bad experience with you guy. Never in my life I had those type of customer service. Scott is a liar. They gave ONE KEY and the car book was missing. When I called and I asked them For those key and the book they told they Will order them for me. Still now never receive anything. I left the car for 2 days to wash and wax like clean before I take. When get back to pick up the car none of those things was done. I was mad and xxxx. Giovanni have the nerve to tell me to left the car for extra day. I didn’t listen I took my car and left. THE SAS PART: After all that I been trough with them 8 days later my car was STOLEN STOLEN right in from my house. BAS EXPÉRIENCE EVER AND BAS CUSTOMERS SERVICE. Not recommended them specially those 3 people That help me that day. More
