My wife and I are pleased with the way we were treated at Acura of Pembroke pines. Our salesman Wen and his partner Nigel were very nice ,professional and patient . I also want to acknowledge Dino, the sale Acura of Pembroke pines. Our salesman Wen and his partner Nigel were very nice ,professional and patient . I also want to acknowledge Dino, the sales manager, he knows his stuff, tough, straight to the point but pleasant with a good sense of humor. He kept his word and that's very important to me. I also met TJ who took care of everything that needed to be done with the car. Eric was also very helpful and super courteous. I feel I have an excellent warranty on this MDX and hope to keep it a long time. More

I'm very unhappy about this service. I went in because my Ac was blowing hot air. I had a diagnosis at the dealer and was told that I need new motor cooling and Fan cooling..I spent $ 1 I went in because my Ac was blowing hot air. I had a diagnosis at the dealer and was told that I need new motor cooling and Fan cooling..I spent $ 1,175.27 for the job and the problem is only partially solved. One of the front vents is blowing COOL and not COLD air. I took the car back on Monday. I'm still having that problem., my adviser did witness that It is unfair to spend over $1000 on AC system and yet Acura service Dept can't solve the problem efficiently. I have driven only Acura since 2003, this is my 3rd MDX. If I'm not happy with service Dept, this may be my last one. Thank you for letting me voice my concern. More
