Brian Small, My sales associate was great. He did a good job at getting me exactly what we wanted and the Finance director was great in helping to get the best rate / term. Once finally making the down paym job at getting me exactly what we wanted and the Finance director was great in helping to get the best rate / term. Once finally making the down payment we waited outside for an hour for them to "wash and get gas", which was absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention its 5 days later and my mechanic had to order new brakes and rotors for the car as I had to bring it in because the vibration while slowing down was un real. Extremely disappointed that the car wasn't serviced properly before selling it to me. Other than that there are no more issues and I love it but definitely not a 5 out of 5 Experience. No one wants to take the car they bought less than a week ago to a mechanic to then realize they need to spend a few hundred dollars more to get it serviced and working properly. More
