David Gomez was good. Manager Scott kinda let me down. Safety was his concern for me. But I still have a tire pressure light on in my car and even after changing all sensors at a $200 cost the light still Safety was his concern for me. But I still have a tire pressure light on in my car and even after changing all sensors at a $200 cost the light still didn't shut off. He should have told me it wasn't the sensors. More
The sales staff is disorganized and has no management skills and won't follow through. In other words amateurs like one would find at a used car lot. They will take your money but then the customer servi skills and won't follow through. In other words amateurs like one would find at a used car lot. They will take your money but then the customer service ceases. I have previously bought five other Acuras and the experience with the prior dealers is night and day. I sent an email in great detail to the GM Mr Schlossberg explaining all the problems I had with his firm, and no courtesy of a response --which means the problems begin with him. If you can go elsewhere to purchase an Acura-- do it. More
Have purchased 3 Acura’s in the past and worked with several others for maintenance of those cars- this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Acura. I went in on a Wednesday night around 5 several others for maintenance of those cars- this was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with Acura. I went in on a Wednesday night around 5 to test drive a few different cars- ended up finding a certified pre-owned 2019 RDX that I liked so made an offer and purchased. As soon as I signed the papers that’s where the customer service experience became awful! I traded in my old Acura as part of the purchase and on that night they had me drive the new car home and kept my old car even though I was told the new car would still have to be brought back to be certified. It felt like I was being rushed out of the dealership into a new car that wasn’t really ready. I wanted to just take my original car home and come back when the new car was ready but was told that wasn’t an option. So next day I called at least 10 times between 8am-8pm and couldn’t get anyone on the phone between Sales or Service to schedule the inspection. I finally got my original sales guy on around 830pm and was told service was closed but they’d call me back first thing next morning and have it arranged, but good news turns out the car is already certified! But that a safety inspection still would need to be done. Of course no one ever called and once again I couldn’t get through. I finally got a sales manager on the phone and was able to bring my car in and get a loaner so they could complete the inspection along with a few other items that I had found wrong with the car that I thought should be corrected since it was certified. I brought the car in immediately and got a loaner car so they could address the issues I found. Called the next day to get a status and once again couldn’t get through the entire day. I dropped off on a Friday, after several unreturned calls throughout the weekend I got through on Monday afternoon and was told the car is ready - but all they did was change a remote battery and reset an oil light and couldn’t address anything else. I asked why the car sat there all weekend then or why they couldn’t address the issues and was given no answer. If deciding between a vehicle here and somewhere else (Rick Case is nearby) choose the other place. I don’t think Acura would even want their name on this franchise of they knew how customers were treated once a deal was signed. By far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had (on a sale that was over $35k!) More
