I scheduled an appointment online only to discover when dropping off my car that my service rep was on vacation. I was referred to another rep. For a B1 service and a squeaking sound when I break. . I waited 3.5 hrs and received my car with a concern that had not been addressed. The problem still exist. I was told to schedule another appointment to identify and resolve the problem with the break sound. Another 3 hrs.? More

Jordan Ferber is an excellent Service Manager. He really tries to help the owner. The service and loaner team is very strong overall. Kudos to all. For example, I priced the hood latch for my vehicle before heading in for service and could purchase the OEM part for less than 1/3 of what I was quoted by the parts dept. More

I bought a truck here and it came with some mods and minor damage to the front. I love the mods but the dealer underestimates the knowledge of its customers. They tried to tell me there were no accident minor damage to the front. I love the mods but the dealer underestimates the knowledge of its customers. They tried to tell me there were no accidents and that the damage on the hood was from the factory that's how the car comes which is incorrect as I received a quote from an auto body shop shop and they said the damage is glue residue from a decal the previous owner had.. On top of that they refused to fix broken bumper clips. Had to negotiate with them to fill the truck up as they tried to send me home with 15 miles left to go in the gas tanks fuel range. With all that said and done it's a 40k truck with 26k miles on it. So yes I was angry they are lucky I fell in love with it. More
