Very friendly and accommodating staff. Service is way over priced, car wasn’t even washed not clean when picked up. I had a new windshield installed and it is dirty inside and out. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could and will they help you take care of your car. With Acura of Columbus you can stop worrying. I found myself in a situation where a dealership could have made it hard to get the proper solution. But not Acura of Columbus. Shannon the service manager is a certified master technician.
