Super Happy with my New BMW!!!!!! I'm so happy with my purchase from start to finish with Acura Carland. I spoke with Natasha Marques about the cars I was interested in and she made me feel very comfortable unlike some other experiences I have had with pushy sales people. She told me that she was sure I could drive off with the car of my dreams. I was a little skeptical at first because she made it seem to good to be true. But when I walked into their dealership my salesman Riley Walsh was patient and attentive and answered the question that I had about the BMW I test drove. Truth is not only did I fall in love with the vehicle, but the people at the dealership. I've always wanted a BMW and I never thought that the process to get one would be that easy. The finance manager Paul went over every single detail of my contract and made me feel confident about my purchase. The one criticism that I can say is that I was at the dealership for quite some time, but because it was Saturday and busy, I didn't mind so much waiting. All I can say is I cant believe I found this place and I don't think I will buy from any other dealership. More

Second Car Purchased from Britt! I just purchased my second used Acura from Acura Carland salesman Britt Kaminsky. Britt helped me purchase my very first Acura (TSX) 2 years ago and i I just purchased my second used Acura from Acura Carland salesman Britt Kaminsky. Britt helped me purchase my very first Acura (TSX) 2 years ago and is one of the reasons I'm so in love with Acuras today. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful when it comes to the whole car-buying experience. He also takes the approach of adviser when it comes to negotiating with the dealership. I never feel like his intentions are to work against me; the customer. When I outgrew my TSX after having my first baby, Britt was the first person I called to help me find a RDX. He took a much-appreciated hands off approach while I previewed the car alone, while always being available for any questions I might have. I'm pleased to say that I purchased the RDX from him this past weekend and know when I need another Acura, he will again be the first person I call. More

Rarely do I do reviews but I feel it is absolutely required this time. From start to finish the transaction was transparent, professional, and most importantly; they listened to me, the customer. My sales person was Bryan Weiss and I highly recommend if you are looking for an Acura and an honest Acura Dealership you will not go wrong with working with Bryan and Carland in Duluth. No pressure, no upselling, just courteous, friendly and concern over customer satisfaction. No "back of the napkin" kind of behavior. Presented the deal open and honest, no hidden fees and with integrity. This even extends into the service and parts department. I had a question and both departments went out of their way to find the answer and even asked if they could help further. Based upon my experiences with Lexus, Jaguar, BMW, Porsche, etc, compared to the service and, satisfaction I received from Bryan and the dealership, by far the best. Bryan continues to follow-up to make sure things are as I expect. Don't want to go on, just be assured, you will be making the right decision buying an Acura from Bryan and Carland in Duluth. More

He was greeted by Nick Despotopoulos a sales consultant. Even though he was not there to make a purchase, Nick advised him on any and all concerns he had about the car. He even printed out cheat sheets on programming and also did some programming for him. He could not have gotten as much help and concern from another sales person if he were buying a brand new car. There was no hassle,no rush, no "why are you asking me". Great guy all around. A week later and my husband is still singing his praises. He's a "go to" guy at the dealership. Thanks Nick More
Purchase of pre-owned Acura RL I had a BMW 740i and it was totaled in a wreck. I was in the market for another 740i and had narrowed it down to three all from private parties. Was passing the Acura Carland dealership and realized that I had not really even considered an Acura so I thought I would take a look. I was aware that Acura is considered a premium vehicle. Met by Nick and he showed me a real nice RL. We took it for a spin and I was impressed. Back at the dealership Nick took me through the process and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. While the automobile was impressive Nick was equally impressive regarding his product knowledge and professionalism. I passed on the BMW 740i and I am glad I did. I had a bit of a picture in my mind that I would never have this type of positive experience with an automobile salesman; I sensed that Nick was my advocate with the sales manager in getting me close to the price that I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I did not think folks like Nick existed. I was wrong. Thanks Nick! More

We later learned he was taking care of other customers while we were left....and left...and left...so we left. He asked us when we were coming back (in my mind...NEVER) - Saturdays were his busiest time...so try to avoid Saturdays if possible. Guess what Nick...we are going to avoid Saturdays and every other day. You lost a sale...you lost all sales for the present...future...and always. Previously purchased two other cars here...NEVER EVER AGAIN! Wow, so much has changed about this dealership...and not for the better. Kudos to those who experience greatness here.... More
