Purchase I just want to firstly comment on the salesman, Nick Despotopoulos. When I arrived to see a car that was advertised, Nick showed me the car and then I just want to firstly comment on the salesman, Nick Despotopoulos. When I arrived to see a car that was advertised, Nick showed me the car and then noticed that I was having a problem making a decision. We then regrouped and he showed me exactly the car I wanted. Nick stayed until 10:30 to get me out (as I did not arrive until 7:15). Most importantly, Nick treated me like a Queen! He was so very nice, knowledgeable and patient. He even came to my home after work and programmed my garage remote as I was unable to do so - NOW that is one AWESOME salesman. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. He knows what he is doing and he explains everything without any pressure. I guess I will have to buy an Acura again when I want another car in order to get Nick to sell it to me. :) More

Good overall experience I'll preface this by saying, I shopped thoroughly for this car before making my purchase. After seeing the patterns, and how the honest salesmen/managers treat you compared to the bogus ones, it was refreshing to end up at Acura Carland for my purchase. I drove from Tallahassee, FL due to their reviews, competitive prices, and the carfax's were excellent for the two cars I was interested in. Riley was very helpful and showed me the cars. One of which, was exactly what I wanted. I'm a very detail oriented person, cheap, and I've been in sales for a long time, so I enjoy being a bit difficult on large purchases haha. But Riley handled everything with professionalism and a sincere smile. Very honest and down to earth, at no point did I get a sham wow vibe from him. I'd recommend him and the dealership to anyone. This was more of a collaborative effort versus a hard sell approach. Mark listened patiently to our expectations, asked questions to verify specific needs/usage and then provided several vehicle options for our review; along with key attributes of each vehicle. We are pleased with the process and the vehicle that we purchased. Carland, and Mark, will be our first choice for our next purchase. More

Buyer Beware!!!! Worst experience buying a car ever. The promised me a refund sent over night. It has been 2 weeks and they ignore my emails. It remains to be seen whether I receive it or not. I bought a used car with the them that had only 6k miles on it. I asked many times if there was any damage. They assured me it was immaculate. No issues whatsoever. Soon as I got it home I took it to get serviced to maintain the warranty (it was a Porsche). The service department at my local Porsche immediately sent me pictures of serious damage to the under body. It is a bright red vehicle and it would have been impossible to miss. When mentioning the damage to the manager, he just said they will work on their customer service since there is no way I could prove it.... Next, they were suppose to pick me up at the airport. After repeatedly asking for confirmation on pickup time days before they show up an hour and a half late. It just happens we arrived at the dealership at exactly the time they opened up. Convenient. Instead of ignoring me, they could have simply let me know when it was open and I could have re-arranged my schedule. All in all, they are untrustworthy and deceitful. I recommend trying any other dealership before this one. Even if you save a little with them, it will cost you more in the long term. As a side note, most of these issues could have been addressed by simple communication. An email or an some sort of status update would have done wonders for 2 of the issues. The damage and lying are serious however are serious issues that should make anyone stay far far away from them. More

Nick is the man I recently bought a used 1996 Acura RL from Nick. He was very professional and helpful with me and what I was looking for in a used car. Nick listened to my needs and provided me with excellent customer service. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. He also went the extra mile and completely detailed the car before I purchased the vehicle.
