Riley had our best interests in mind, was flexible, patient and nice to be around. While I respect and appreciate dealerships being closed on Sundays, it did not work for our car buying schedule. With 2 jobs and kids with active school and sports schedules, Sundays were the only days we had free to shop for a car. Unusual Customer I was an unusual customer at Acura Carland. I have lived in NYC for the past 38 years, and did not own a car during that time. I am not a car guy, and I have very limited knowledge of cars. This is my first purchase of a car....ever, at age 59. I knew I wanted a certified pre owned Acura MDX, and headed to the lot. Riley Walsh was my salesman, and I was honest with him about my lack of knowledge. He immediately put me at ease, and took all the time necessary to answer all of my questions about the car. He explained the vehicle to me in great detail. He compared and contrasted it with the 2015 models. The first car he showed me was the car I purchased over a period of 3 days. He walked me through all the paperwork and the financing. He even sat in the car with me and hooked up my i phone through the car's system and made sure I understood everything from the sirius radio to the FWD, GPS and everything in between. I drove off with the car that evening feeling like I was very successfully guided through the process and felt secure in my purchase of the vehicle.
