First Impression - Acura & Nick D The moment has arrived to look for a vehicle. I rather go skinny dipping in Canada.....in January, or chew on glass, then to deal with car salesmen. One cool drizzly Sunday my husband and I reluctantly decided to test drive couple cars in mind. Test drove 2016 Honda Accord Touring. Sensible car and maker. Next, was to Lexus....closed on Sunday. Closed? Really? Right next door to the closed Lexus dealership - Acura Carland. Didn't have Acura on mind....but. Short story shorter....Nick D....laid back, funny, relatable, no pressure, and simply put...a pleasant human being. He did not fit the mold of the stereotypical "car salesman". Because of Nick, I will do further research on Acura. If Acura is for me, the first dealership I would go to is Acura Carland because of Nick D and will "deal" with Nick D only. More

We first called another dealership based on a referral but left with a negative impression, so we went to Acura Carland instead. Nick greeted us, showed us around the car we were looking for, took us out for an informative test drive, and explained everything about the car and the purchase options. The whole way he was available, well-informed, attentive, and easy-going, without ever being pushy. We got the car we were looking for and a better-than-expected experience, and when the time comes, we'll be back. Thanks, Nick! More

Would the sales people be as knowledgeable and helpful as they were in the past? Would the sales person listen to us and make sure we were selecting the right car for us? Best Car buying experience ever Our experience at Acura Carland was amazing. We had looked at couple of other dealerships and it was "what will it take to get you to buy this car to Our experience at Acura Carland was amazing. We had looked at couple of other dealerships and it was "what will it take to get you to buy this car today?" Acura Carland was different there was no pressure what so ever. Eldin Elezovic took us on a test drive and answered all of questions - he did not try to sell us a car we did not want. He even worked with us after hours via email. In addition, he kept us informed the entire time and even came in on his day off to close the sale and make sure we were satisfied. As for the financing guy (forgot his name) we worked with he was great also. He did not try to pressure us to purchase any extra items we did not want. He went over the options and made sure we understood everything. I would highly recommend Acura Carland. More

Excellent Service, Great Inventory cars This place was HIGHLY recommended by a coworker who has purchased a few cars from here. When we got to the parking lot we were approached by Griselda. This place was HIGHLY recommended by a coworker who has purchased a few cars from here. When we got to the parking lot we were approached by Griselda. It was a breath of fresh air to have someone be genuine and friendly without making me feel I was not worthy of purchasing a car. They had a vast inventory of cars outside of Acuras (which we love). Initially I was there to see 2 Acuras but my husband didn't like either choices. Poor Griselda had to figure out what the xxxx was that we needed/wanted because we weren't seeing eye to eye on anything. She made us test drive a few cars and stressed the importance of feeling the car and seeing if that was a good fit for our family (even made us transfer the cars to the test drives). 9pm came and nothing. She made and appointment to see us the next day. We came already prepared. She had a few ppl ahead us but let us go see the car we wanted to see. It was the car she actually had in mind for us so it was nice to see she thought of us head of time. It took from 3-8pm on Saturday for us to get the car, as a they were pretty packed but we got it! Great purchase and we couldn't be more happy with it. Thank YOU Griselda for going above and beyond to get us a great deal and negotiating the trade-in. Your attention was greatly appreciated. WILL BE BACK to get all my cars from here. Oh and their brand new Acuras have a FOREVER guarantee on them. Hmm.... what are you waiting for?! More
