Best car buying experience. I`ve been in the market to purchase a car for some time now. It is one of those things where I always dread going to a dealership and deal with sales I`ve been in the market to purchase a car for some time now. It is one of those things where I always dread going to a dealership and deal with sales people. Not trying to be negative but I have had a few negative experiences. I have visited 4 dealerships before coming to Acura Carland where I purchased my 2013 RDX on 12/03/2015. I worked with Nick Despotopoulos and had the best car buying experience. The whole process was easy and with no pressure. His customer service skills are the best. He is very knowledgeable about the product, on point, and very respectful. Needless to say that he was there until almost 11pm until the deal was closed and to answer any questions I had. This is my first used car that I have ever purchased and even though it is in like a brand new condition he was also very accommodating in taking care of a couple of normal wear items. I would definitely buy a car from him again and will recommend to anyone I know who is looking to purchase a car. More
