I have been a loyal customer since 1986 and have bought many Camrys and one Prius from Ackerman Toyota. I know most of the mechanics in Service and they, along with the service writers and Fred the Servic many Camrys and one Prius from Ackerman Toyota. I know most of the mechanics in Service and they, along with the service writers and Fred the Service Mgr treat me like I am Jerry Ackerman. They are the reason I keep coming back when I want a new car. Tom Finder and Brian the Sales Mgr helped me on my latest buy, a 2012 Camry XLE. Thanks to both of them for their help. I have always had a good experience with Ackerman. I have used them to service my Toyota Highlander since 2006. They are always honest with me about the repairs I need and don't need. I am not a "Car" person so I am always scared someone is going to take advantage of that. I had a couple of tire situations where I just assumed I would have to get new 2 ones, but they were able to fix them and save me a ton of money. Which is good because I truly didn't have it at the time. Pretty fast on the service - I have been able to wait for a lot of my services in their lobby and work with their WiFi. Service Team is always very friendly to me. More
This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had yet. Ray greeted us right as we walked in and listened to what we were looking for. When we got back from a test drive he had several cars pulled up that met our search criteria. The evaluation process for our trade was very quick. Ray presented us with an offer on our trade that was more than we had hoped for and offered a price on the new truck that was extremely fair. There was no back and forth meetings with the sales manager, etc. Their first offer was what we were expecting after doing our research. It couldn't have been smoother. Adam the Business manager was great as well. He didn't try to push any extras or unneeded coverage on us. And he beat our preapproved loan by a significant amount. The only thing that could have made me even more happy was if I got to leave with my truck that day. They had to do a swap with another dealer and it took till Monday to get it (came in on Saturday). BUT, I got exactly what I wanted and they didn't even hesitate going out and finding the one I wanted. I would highly recommend Ackerman Toyota to anyone looking for a new Toyota. More

I have bought many new cars over the years (4 in just the last 2 years), but have never had such a pleasant experience as I had with Ackerman. This is first time in all my experiences that the salesperson was completely honest and upfront about everything. (I do extensive research before buying a car, so I already know the numbers). This is also the first time I did not have to haggle about the price. The price Rebeccah quoted for the new car was excellent and the price given for my trade-in was very fair. I checked Ford, Chevrolet, Kia, Hyundai, other Toyota dealers, etc, and this was the most car for the money of any other brand or dealer. The business manager Dave was also very good to deal with. We were trading in a 4-year old Subaru for a new 2010 Toyota Venza that had already been marked down about $2,000. I was pleasantly surprised by a fair offer and minimal (1 time) back-and-forth to the manager. The entire experience was relatively quick and totally painless. I did not feel like I had been manipulated or cheated. This is the third Toyota I have purchased from Ackerman. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. More
Fantastic Experience. Darwin Bridges was a great salesman. He DID NOT high pressure me at all, and work very hard to meet my want and needs. After the paperwork was signed, Dave continued being respectful by showing me how all the gadgets worked in the car, ie, windshield wipers, cd player, lights, etc. I drove away a very happy customer. Meghan was friendly and courteous. When I stopped in, I just wanted to sit in a few vehicles and get the feel. I had never owned a Toyota. I informed her that I didn't want to feel pressured and she certainly respected my request. I appreciated the way she presented herself and her desire to be of service. She accepted a cell phone call from me on her day off. She went above and beyond to be of service and in answering my questions, etc. She clearly explained all the features on the Corrola. I did not have this same experience with the purchase of my last car. Dave in the financial departent was equally professional. More
