I went shopping for a Tacoma at several dealerships and stopped by Ackermann's only to actually see one of these elusive vehicles. Apparently, dealerships only stock vehicles that are loaded. I met with Rebeccah and explained that I was 'just looking.' She was extremely helpful . . . not at all pushy. It is a tough job balancing between being helpful to someone who is not planning to buy, but still trying to make a sale. Rebeccah pulled this off with real finesse, and I was very impressed. She quoted what I believe was probably her best offer, she researched possible Tacomas located in the St. Louis area, and she aptly answered all of my questions. And, she even smiled and was very courteous as I left without purchasing. Later in the day, I called her and ordered the car. Again, she was outstanding in the way she gave me timeframes of when the car would be delivered and when I could expect a call back from her. Upon picking up the Tacoma, Rebeccah was very courteous and complete in processing the paperwork and in giving my wife and me a tour of our new truck. In every way, Ms. Drannan was outstanding! I would also like to complement Dave Bajier, the Sales Manager who finalized the sale. My experience with Ackermann Toyota was outstanding in every way, unless one considers the excessive amount charged for new vehicles in today's economy. I suppose we can't blame this dealership for that. More
Tom Finder was incredibly helpful. I went in looking at a $5,000 car and eventually, filled out a credit app. To my absolute shock, Tom came back and let me know I qualified for a brand new Toyota Corolla a $5,000 car and eventually, filled out a credit app. To my absolute shock, Tom came back and let me know I qualified for a brand new Toyota Corolla LE with their current special of 0 down, 0% interest! He happily answered all my questions and waited throughout the weekend while my other half and I conducted additional research for similar deals on similar quality models. Over the course of several days, I spoke to Tom several times, looking for loopholes, catches, and hidden fees. There were none. Both Tom (sales) and David (finance) were completely honest and forthright. I was very happy to work with both of them and have gone back to Ackerman due to difficulty with my bluetooth/phone connection. Tom spent a good 20 minutes or so in my car with me trying to help me figure it out and then found the website for determining whether or not my phone was compatible. The fact that he just took the time out of his day to help me AFTER the purchase says a great deal about his work ethic and regard for customer satisfaction. Not to mention, everyone knows that the two longest lasting, most durable cars are Honda and Toyota - and it just so happens, I don't want a Honda. I love my Corolla, which actually surprises me. I never thought I could be happy with what I perceived to be a dinky 4-cyl. golf cart. Turns out, the cabin & trunk space is amazing and she think's she's a 6! :) More

returned a dead toyota battery under warranty Parts dept refused to honor because service installed battery advised I would have to take it up with service but it was under warranty per parts dept. SERVICE refused to honor even with the receipt because I hade my son take me over, could not drive the van with a dead battery. Service refused to honor there own warranty papers on the toyota battery. They advised I shoud have the van towed in so they could put the battery in. This was a total ripoff. I will never but another toyota or a quart of oil from Jerry Ackerman Toyota on Kingshighway again. richard Cullen More
I bought my first car in 25 years yesterday from Ackerman Toyota and was very pleased with the experience. My old car (20 year old Ford Escort) had quite a few problems and they went out of their way to giv Toyota and was very pleased with the experience. Had to have a car, mine was totalled. I was very discouraged with the search for a car, mostly by bad salesmen. Not here, I was treated with respect and Ray listened to what I wanted in a car. I have been a loyal customer since 1986 and have bought many Camrys and one Prius from Ackerman Toyota. I know most of the mechanics in Service and they, along with the service writers and Fred the Servic many Camrys and one Prius from Ackerman Toyota. I know most of the mechanics in Service and they, along with the service writers and Fred the Service Mgr treat me like I am Jerry Ackerman. They are the reason I keep coming back when I want a new car. Tom Finder and Brian the Sales Mgr helped me on my latest buy, a 2012 Camry XLE. Thanks to both of them for their help. If you already own a Toyota, consider Ackerman for Service - they are the BEST! More

I have always had a good experience with Ackerman. I have used them to service my Toyota Highlander since 2006. They are always honest with me about the repairs I need and don't need. I am not a "Car" person used them to service my Toyota Highlander since 2006. They are always honest with me about the repairs I need and don't need. I am not a "Car" person so I am always scared someone is going to take advantage of that. I had a couple of tire situations where I just assumed I would have to get new 2 ones, but they were able to fix them and save me a ton of money. Which is good because I truly didn't have it at the time. Pretty fast on the service - I have been able to wait for a lot of my services in their lobby and work with their WiFi. Service Team is always very friendly to me. More
