HORRIBLE customer service. I would never recommend anyone to visit Ackerman Toyota if they want to be treated with respect and fairness. They were completely rude. I get all of my service done at Ackerman Toyota because of the wonderful Service Department! They are always friendly and return my calls right away! My wife talked to Rebeccah Drannan over the phone on Saturday about a car we saw online. We live about 350 miles away. She answered our questions about the car as she was looking at it. The price she quoted us was great and the fees were very reasonable. We agreed to come and look at it the next Monday hoping it was as advertised. Got to my hotel late Sunday night. Called Rebeccah Monday morning, she arranged a driver (he was excellent as well) to pick me up and take me to Ackermans to see the car. It was as pictured, described and advertised to my relief after traveling so far. I test drove it, filled out some paperwork and was on my way home. By far the best experience I have had buying a car. Thank you Rebeccah and Ackermans Toyota. More

I bought a used Corolla which appeared to be in good shape. I discovered on driving it hone that there were electrical problems. I immediately called the dealership and left a message. I called again the next day but wasn't able to talk to my salesman or the manager. I ended up with the finance manager who suggested I find a place to get the electrical issues repaired and then have them call him.unfortunately I was too far away to either bring the car back or get to another toyota dealer. I fixed the problem as best I could and called them again when I got back to town. My salesman told me to bring the car back the next day when the service dept was open. I brought it first thing the next morning. My salesman had neglected to tell them I was coming and they refused to work on my car until they could talk to him, asking me to wait around for an hour until he or his manager arrived. First- they should have checked the electric when they were getting the car ready for sale Second- they should have just sent me to the nearest repair facility instead of insisting on another toyota dealer Third- the salesman should have informed the service dept i would be coming Fourth- they should just have fixed the bloody thing instead of asking me to wait around for proper authorization I wasn't able to wait so now I will have to either find another way to get it repaired or wait another week to take it back for repair. I strongly urge you to GO ELSEWHERE. These people don't deserve your business!!! More
