He was able to find a 2014 Red Yaris with low mileage and even worked out a great trade-in and new tires. He found a car that was exactly in my price range! He didn't put any pressure on me at all. He showed me all the features and even set up Bluetooth for me. Rebeccah Drannan worked with me and was fast to respond via email and phone. In the end, we decided to purchase the truck over the phone, made a payment and drove to pick it up the following weekend. This was a little scary, living 7+ hours away, across state lines, and not having seen the vehicle, we were a little apprehensive. The fears were quickly laid to rest when we got to Ackerman. The truck was beautiful, EXACTLY as Rebeccah had described it - maybe even better, and my wife could not be happier. It took us less than an hour to finalize the paperwork and we were back on the road. Before going to Ackerman, I contacted about 10 other dealers in the US. I had test driven other Sequoias and just had to find the right price, with the right options, lower mileage, and I was willing to go nationwide. Amazing help from amazing people! I was referred by a friend to check out Ackerman Toyota when my wife needed a new car. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by Tyler, one of the sales associates, and was treated with respect the entire time. Even the employees who were not involved in the sale of my wife's car were very friendly! Tyler helped my wife and I find the perfect car for my wife's needs, and Dave made the financial side of the transaction as stress free as I could have hoped. My wife and I have been to other dealerships in the past and felt that we were a step above pleading our case to be allowed to buy a car, but not with Dave. At no point did we feel anything but respect and the willingness to go the extra mile from Dave, and he made good on his word too! After the paperwork was all taken care of, Tyler took the time to help my wife know everything she needed to know about her new care while treating her with the respect you don't always see at a car dealership. The bottom line is this: my wife and I never thought we would be Toyota drivers, but after the timely referral, Tyler's great sales service, and Dave's amazing help in the office, we couldn't be happier and we know the first place we are going when we need to replace my car ... and that place is Ackerman Toyota!
