David, I'm really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. This doesn't reflect the level of service we aim to provide and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. We understand you had your vehicle towed out last week — Focus RS, branded title, (meaning the car was already totaled), New Mexico tags, heavily modified, bolted-on widebody kit, wiring hanging everywhere, tuner sitting right on the passenger seat.
