After looking around at many dealerships we went to Academy Ford - an hour from our home. Reginald was a pleasure to work with: very friendly and personable. They had to get my Explorer from another dealership to get what I wanted and they were very good about informing me of the process and timeline. Everyone in the dealership was so nice. We had our dog with us and they even invited him to come into the dealership with us while we got pricing. The owner came and introduced himself to us and thanked us for our business. I think this place is great and will recommend them to everyone! More

The service department is horrible! They will add on parts that you don't need, also they broke a plastic mount for the engine cover and charged me for it. I can do the work myself but not when it's 30 parts that you don't need, also they broke a plastic mount for the engine cover and charged me for it. I felt as though Tom did an excellent job in preparing my husband and I for the purchase of our 2007 Ford Explorer. We got that welcomed feeling no sooner than we entered his door. My salesman Ricardo was great however the aftermarket woman was not knowledgable about the products and lied just to make a sale.
