My salesman Ricardo was great however the aftermarket woman was not knowledgable about the products and lied just to make a sale. I specifically requested a specific aftermarket product and when I picked woman was not knowledgable about the products and lied just to make a sale. I specifically requested a specific aftermarket product and when I picked up the car a completely different product was installed. What a rip off. BUYER BEWARE. The dealership has not offered to make it right or acknowledge their error. They will treat you wonderful until they make the sale then run away and hide once you sign your contract. More

Being very interested in an online quote, I showed up the same evening with my wife to look at 2006 Ford Ranger and was very disappointed with the service I received. After waiting around 30 minutes I talked same evening with my wife to look at 2006 Ford Ranger and was very disappointed with the service I received. After waiting around 30 minutes I talked with Raj who at first told me he could not find the vehicle on his computer I was qouted a price on. After I directed him to look on his own dealership website, he then told me that their emailed quote was wrong and was a mistake, it was too low; after finding the vehicle on their website, he tried to tell me that it was no longer on the sales line, when I pushed him to go look, he came back and said that, that vehicle was their parts truck! What is their parts truck doing online as part of their sales inventory!? This made no sense to me and I felt that someone was not being honest. They made no effort to make amends for this by making another offer which made me even more suspicious of what was going on with this truck. I was totally disappointed with my experience there. I felt I was not given honest service and my evening was a total waste of time with this dealer. More
