I also had service done and they were very accommodating. I am totally happy with them. I also had to buy a rim for my other daughters car and received exceptional customer service there. The parts department told me I had to pay for the rim in person. After hanging up, he checked with management and made an exception and took payment over the phone. That saved me a trip there. More

Went for a recall. left with damage Polite reps at front desk when I walked in by appt for my safety recall. No issue with the initial process of checking in and leaving my keys. left my car for the safety recall on passenger airbag. Took under two hours as advised. Came to pick up and saw immediately that the whole area under my glovebox was bent, ripped, and malformed from their "work". I would never return here, regardless of how 'fast' the service may have been. Maybe when they are performing work at non warranty rates, they take their time and do so without ruining your car materials. WIll not return for anything here. More

They said that they would have the car all cleaned up and ready to test drive when I got there, and they did. No pressure from any of them throughout the entire process. They even stayed late to finish everything up for us so that we could take the car home that night! Overall great customer service in which I greatly appreciated. I would recommend them in the future for sure. More

The waiting area is comfortable, and there were even two cubicles for someone who might want to do some work while waiting. I was twenty minutes late because of an accident, but when I called to let them know, they told me they'd see me when I got there -- and they did! More
