I purchased a new car with Ford and Academy Ford has serviced my car with oil changes for 15years and for the most part my car has not given me any problems. The two times I had major problems I took it serviced my car with oil changes for 15years and for the most part my car has not given me any problems. The two times I had major problems I took it to them for repair. Both times my engine light came on and the first time I took it in they charged me a lot of money to fix it and when I picked it up the ENGINE LIGHT came back on 2 days later. I took it back. They said they fixed it again and I picked it up again but my ENGINE LIGHT came on 1 day later. Needles to say this kept happening 3 more times. FINALLY after the 5th time retuning my car to them it was fixed. Second time. Now recently June 2021. I hand another engine problem and the engine fail safe light came on. I took it to Academy to be put on their machine to see what the problem was. To make a long story short when they diagnosed my car they said they identified the problem and that was the only thing wrong they charged me over $1400.00 to fix it and the day after I picked my car up the ENGINE LIGHT came on. I took it back and then they tell me 2 more things were wrong and maybe a tune up might fix it but this would be another $1,000.00. BUT they could not guarantee that this would fix the problem. Needless to say I declined this (not sure) repair and picked my car up without being fixed and I requested some type of refund since the first repair I paid for did not fix my car. I have been a loyal customer but I got a lot of excuses and now I still have an unfixed car. I wanted to purchase a new car but not sure if I would with Academy. More

Went in without an appointment for 20,000 mile check up, went right in and done about an hour later. Superb service, people and quality of work. Changed from another Ford dealer when we bought this in 2019 went right in and done about an hour later. Superb service, people and quality of work. When Academy didn't have the truck that I wanted on their lot, they cheerfully worked with me to custom order it rather than trying to sell me something that was on the lot. Jackie answered all of my questi lot, they cheerfully worked with me to custom order it rather than trying to sell me something that was on the lot. Jackie answered all of my questions about options and provided documentation. When the truck arrived Quincy helped me check it out. Although I was one of his first customers, he answered my questions, asking other people when necessary. Academy also performed the 100,000 mile tune-up on my 2012 Escape and it's running fine now.
