Service was good. Staff was courteous and drop off and pick up if my vehicle was smooth. However, communication is an area that needs improvement. I was not called to let me know that my vehicle was ready, so I forgot that it was at the dealer and by the time I remembered the shuttle service was already closed. I was told to call back in the morning to have someone pick me up. I called at 8 am, but didn't get picked up until 11 am. I called numerous times during that time to make sure that I wasn't forgotten. Note that I live only 15 minutes from the facility. More
