I been a Customer for over 25 yrs. Upon arrival I checked my vehicle in for service. Upon returning home I reviewed the ticket and realized I was charged over $100 dollars for a service i used to get for $59. Futureference lmk you no longer offer the package ' The Works' and give me the option of the service prior to me agreeing to something that you no longer offer. Very disappointed on this one Family!
