Wanted to charge me $250 for a purge valve (online price$25-$50) around $400 for labor (not a time consuming job) and another $200 plus to "clean valves" or some such nonsense. I recognize the need to make a profit, but this is beyond gouging. I have since taken it to another garage where I got free diagnostic testing and was charged $235 for the parts, labor, and replacement. More

I had steering column work done over 2 months ago and they delivered my car to my home afterwards at no charge. I came back recently for an oil change and "the works" (multi-point inspection). Job was completed in one hour on a Saturday drive up. Brian was thorough in his explanation of the work done and pleasant to work with.
