I was disappointed in the way the people above the salesman acted. The salesman supposedly went to them on a couple of items and instead of them coming over an introducing themself and answering the salesman acted. They where suppose to get me floor mats and and extra key but didn’t. Said the upper guys said no. And the salesman supposedly act the upper guys about everything I tried to nogiatate and of course they said no. I also felt like being charged a doc fee was completely wrong. They should have negotiates that expense. I will not buy another car here. More

The price of the KIA Telluride was very good and I got my desired color and sunroof, which was important to me. Andre was a good salesman a little impatient at times but overall good. My sale representative Marc was the best from the moment I called on the phone until the moment I leave the dealership with my car. The car expert was great, and the finance person also was great they all I called on the phone until the moment I leave the dealership with my car. These guys are the best deal in the southeastern United States. I am in Nashville and I looked for 250 mile radius and found ALM for my Telluride. Their process to purchase was able to be done over the pho States. I am in Nashville and I looked for 250 mile radius and found ALM for my Telluride. Their process to purchase was able to be done over the phone and internet, which saved a LOT of time. I worked with Chris Gantt, Sabrine, and Shaq for the total process. They were great. Chris even picked me up from ATL in my new car to take me to the lot. He showed me how to hook up the Kia features in the car and made the process great... all of this on his off day (1/1/23). Much appreciated to the team, I love the Telluride and will definitely spread the word that this is the place to buy them. More
