I will never take my car back to them for service. Still having issues and my recent visit had a piece missing off the car when I went to get it. Patiently waiting on them to replace that piece. This was by far the absolute worst car buying experience. We were told by the manager and the sales rep, they would take care of a damage to the car we purchased. We have gone back to the dealers experience. We were told by the manager and the sales rep, they would take care of a damage to the car we purchased. We have gone back to the dealership three times and the issue has yet to be rectified. Only for the sales rep Chaz to tell us, they will not be repairing the damage. Each trip to the dealership was an hour drive. Time wasted and no resolution. I have left message both for the manager and ALM’s corporate office no one has returned my call in three weeks. Very unethical practices. Do not recommend! More
