I bought a 2023 kia k5. The price was great at the beggining. The representative "Peacock " started talking to me about all this extra coverages that I was supposed to get i The price was great at the beggining. The representative "Peacock " started talking to me about all this extra coverages that I was supposed to get if I wanted to buy this car. I ended up paying over 10, 000 dlls over the price as he told me the ad on were a must. When I called the companies to supposedly active this warranties ( they weren't even jn the system) they informed me this are not a just to purchase a car. So much for a no price haggling!!! The salesman lied on the so called protections, turns out they don't cover road pebbles chipping your paint. I drove 60 miles to get this vehicle, I drove back there because the salesman didn't even give me the paperwork I needed to prove u purchase this protection plans. This place has many employees that are just despicable, they would say all kinds of lies to sell a vehicle, usually people works hard for their money, this ones just sit there and lie to get advantage of the ones that really have to break their back to ear a living. Shame on this people. At this point my car needs an oil change. I'm afraid if going there as he mention I had free oil changes, but since he lied so he could get a bigger check, maybe I would just waste my time effort and gas to go to all.the way for nothing.. Go to a better Kia dealership, this one does not deserve your bussines. I promise you that More

Kia of Union City has Great Employees. You’re greeted from the time that you arrive, in the parking lot to staying late so that my loan could be funded.
