I've used the ALM Kia South service department several times over the past few years. Originally to service my 2019 Kia Sorento providing a software update and subsequent oil change. I would recommend the dealership only because Calvin Ross, my sales manager, who was so persistent and open to answer all my questions, return all my calls and focused on getting this deal done. Without Ross, my sales manager, who was so persistent and open to answer all my questions, return all my calls and focused on getting this deal done. Without him I would have walked away from purchasing this car. The rest of the sales staff and especially the finance department needs to do a better job of following up on calls and responding to text they originated. It is unacceptable for a dealership to have customers to return calls to a voicemail that is full and unavailable. Ultimately Sabrina Aros in the Finance Department did what needed to be done to close the sale but Calvin Ross was excellent in every way. More

Had good service working with Jawon, my salesman. My issue is with the horrible service department. The vehicle I purchased needed brakes (didn't he squeaking until driving home). In hindsight, th My issue is with the horrible service department. The vehicle I purchased needed brakes (didn't he squeaking until driving home). In hindsight, this should've been a red flag! Who sells a 2021 BMW with bad brakes? The inadequate service department changed the brakes, but not the rotors. So, of course the brakes began to squeak again a few weeks later. I took my car to Firestone and learned the dealership changed the brakes and not the rotors. Now, they don't want to fix the rotors because it's been over 30 days. Please explain why it wasn't done right in the first place?!?! WARNING--DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! More
