My service tech was a new employee, not very knowledgeable. I get it, but I’ve noticed that there’s a high turnover. Not a good look when you’re looking for quality service. I have purchased over 20+ vehicles in my life and this by-far has been the WORST experience! The lack of communication and buffoonery is baffling; and complete lack of competence from the top all the way by-far has been the WORST experience! Throughout this process we had to talk to 20 different people, all promising to do something that they other failed to accomplish. Here are some of the issues that we incurred: temporary tag expired (because no one submitted our paperwork to the DMV…couldn’t drive the car for four days); we were promised two key fobs (after multiple calls and promises…it’s been four months and we have yet to receive it); we have wheel locks on each rim (but received NO key lock). This was supposed to be a great experience with my son in purchasing his first vehicle…it was a complete NIGHTMARE!! Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere. More
