We did not scam anyone if you continue to slander the dealership we will have our atty contact you, you signed for every item, first on the bill of sale and it is written as a separate line item, then your contract, then the warranty form, then the menu showing each item purchased. When we were contacted we explained to you how to cancel the warranty.

This is a public form to speak my opinion and purchasing experience. Handle your job and cancel based on the form i filled out, that i also have printed, from the date i did so. And i will gladly update my reviews. Until then, i will find every single review site to post my experience with yall, publicly as is within my rights to do so.

I filled out the cancelation form and no one did anything with it. Maybe my attorney should contact yall for not following through on your end with the paper work. I asked numerous times to have this handled and yall do nothing.

We have explained to you how to cancel a product, a paper form is not the way to cancel the product. Our web site is, it is all electronic filing. Your product will not be cancelled until it is filed on the website.

Yeah unfortunately there isnt an actual cancel link on your website as u sit and lie about, u have to go through the virtual chat assistance who tells u they will contact the finance office to handle this. Nice little loop yall have going on. If its not a paper document then why did Carlos tell me to do it that way and fill out a cancelation form which I wld gladly post for anyone to see if the site allowed it. This is the most response I have received from yall, because its public and the BBB is involved. I have the form I was told to fill out. Yall NEVER MENTIONED the website cancelation until the BBB contacted yall. Stop lie n

Proper tag was never sent i had to beg for it, and it wasnt sent until yesterday and yall lied stating it had 2 attempts of delivery when their was only ONE, which i never got a tracking number for until it was a failed delivery and the BBB contacted yall

Unfortunately for me, I feel like yall scammed me by coaching me and rushing me signing document and telling me that it was waving the warrenty which was a lie. Furthermore, yall havent explained any of the process past taking my money. I requested the cancelation of said scam warrenty immediately upon realizing what yall did. I also have the paper i filled out showing where i canceled and was told by your staff (carlos jelks) that he would handle the cancelation which he never did and ive tried numberous times to have this handled to no avail. No response until i blast yall to the BBB and websites. Yall NEVER TOLD ME to do anything on your website to cancel, thats a LIE. U didnt mention it until the BBB contacted yall regarding your scam e-sign documents where u slipped in this warrenty i stated numerous times that i did NOT WANT.
