My experience with 6th street Honda was great. Making an appointment was easy thanks to Nolan. Day of the appointment everything went smoothly. I liked the text feature. Nolan was great. However, the rest of my experience was terrible. When I arrived to drop my car off as I had to be at work that day, I let them know ahead of time I w However, the rest of my experience was terrible. When I arrived to drop my car off as I had to be at work that day, I let them know ahead of time I would need a ride to work. When my driver was asked to take me to work his response was “let me finish my breakfast first”. I am very appreciative of this service but I did find that very rude and not good customer service. Prior to my appointment I was only aware I needed an oil change, alignment, and rotation (recommended at my last visit). It was known I was money conscious, but I asked to be called if anything else is needed. I was contacted AFTER receiving the oil change, alignment, and rotation and told I need two new tires. At this point I could not do this due to financial reasons. If I would have been contacted prior I would have been able to prioritize the tires as an alignment is pointless if my tires need to be replaced. After picking up my car no one knew where my keys were. My keys were eventually found after I suggested they may be in my car. When I left the dealership I noticed my oil change sticker was not changed so I called and was placed on a 5-10 minute hold.. One week after my services at Honda I got my tires replaced, at that time a print out of my tires alignment was given to me and recommended to take back to Honda because it wasn’t done correctly and one is out of alignment. When I called Honda to ask if the services I paid for could be corrected it was denied. The whole experience was very disappointing as well as the customer service, attentiveness of the employees, and communication. More
Disappointed with the amount of time spent at the dealership for a service recall. I made an appointment at 8am and it took 30 minutes to get the vehicle in the shop, 30 minutes to perform the work, dealership for a service recall. Attention to detail lacking. Had recall repair to fuel pump impeller.
