Our 2021 CRV had a strange electrical problem that turned out to be very difficult to diagnose. At first it seemed that 6th Ave Honda was unwilling to uphold the warranty that we purchased when we bought the out to be very difficult to diagnose. At first it seemed that 6th Ave Honda was unwilling to uphold the warranty that we purchased when we bought the car from them. However, once Blake assumed responsibility for our service ticket, we were frequently updated on the (many) efforts being made to fix the problem. Blake was very tenacious in tackling the problem, and although it took more several months, in the end our CRV was fixed and our warranty was fully upheld. Thank you Blake! More
