They were polite. They gave me apt. At the time I asked, which made me happy. I don't like that they try to "up sale" me with "flushes", etc. I asked the parts l They gave me apt. She told me I would need to order them online. I didn't like that. Someone told me the cR dealership was suppose to give them if needed. More

Great way to see what repair your car may need, but if your bringing your only car in with a specific problem you should set aside at least 3-5 days regardless of when you bring it in. They are very good your bringing your only car in with a specific problem you should set aside at least 3-5 days regardless of when you bring it in. They are very good at trying you get you to fix every possible problem wrong with your vehicle which could cost thousands so set aside the money. Just make sure they fix the actual problem you brought the car in for first. Theyndonoffer a shuttle to.nd from.your house so althoughnyou may be without a vehicle for up to 5 days when it's time to pay they will have a ride for you. More

Erik deserves a standing ovation for walking me through my car like a proud tour guide — every feature, every button, every option available. By the time he was done, I felt like I could host my own infomercial. And when it came to the extended warranty, Sami was the MVP of details. Knowledgeable, thorough, and patient — she made sure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish.
