Hello, Our goal is to exceed all expectations and I am sorry we fell short with your experience. I want to thank you for choosing to shop with us vs the multiple Honda dealerships nearest you. We do not take that lightly, and your business is definitely appreciated. I know you pre-purchased a vehicle that had a release date, and we were unable to release the vehicle until the date of the release. That date was out of our control and set by Honda North America. We did not allow anyone to sit in or drive the vehicle you pre-purchased. I am unsure of why the 1-star rating, as we did everything we discussed.
