Best Dealership EVER! Went to a local repair shop for an oil change and left with the message that my SUV needed new brakes and tires. Not happy where I bought my SUV brand new in 2016! Time for a trade I decided! I looked up dealerships that would be on my way home from work that same day and came across Baystate Ford. I saw a couple of SUV's online that I liked so I called them. When I arrived, they were ready for me! From the initial phone call to the greeting I received when I arrived to the patience and time spent with me while I made a decision, this team did not miss a beat. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and patient. My salesperson was awesome. No pressure, understanding of my needs and answered all of my questions. Another salesperson, Uirys made it a point to welcome me to Baystate and made small talk while I waiting to make me feel at home. The best part was I got to meet the General Manager of the dealership who was extremely knowledgeable. He spent time with me when I had additional questions and also taught me something new! The Service Manager, Jon and Asst, Service Manager, Stephany were so helpful with a couple of minor things that needed attention. This dealership is fair priced, understanding of your needs and no pressure. They truly want the customer to be satisfied. Thank you Bill Capece, GM for leading such a great team! More
