Came to bay state for the first time for a recall on my f150 back in October for a recall I talk to Jay Camara Assistant Service Manager he tells me they will not fix the recall on my truck due to miles so f150 back in October for a recall I talk to Jay Camara Assistant Service Manager he tells me they will not fix the recall on my truck due to miles so I called ford . So i thought about it for a month or so, so when I free up sometime I called ford they ask me my Service location of what's by my house so then they say Baystate. So ford ended up making a appointment with Baystate. So when I get to Baystate I see the same guy again as of Jay Camara Assistant Manager. I come in he was really rude ask him about parts that I need he tells me to see parts that he can't put it in the notes that I have to talk to parts. So then he tells me my car will take a day to get fix so then I ask him do he have loaner cars he said know then I ask can someone bring me to my car he said 5mins or so mine you this is at 7:50am I waited in the lobby . They had the driver drop someone else off before me even when I was here first . Now it's 9:00am then Jay tells me with a smile on his face driver will be back in 5min again . Worst dealership I been to not good customer service. More
The service was quick. The staff was friendly and they even took my truck in immediately to fix a recall that was missed on my previous visit. These guys are very good they find the problem and fix it if they can't fix it they replace it under your new car warranty no bs. if they can't fix it they replace it under your new car warranty no bs. More
