My 2016 F-150 broke down in a Sunday in another town at a store. I had to have it towed to Baystate. My truck was in yhe shop for 9 days, everyday I would get a different excuse (battery died during diagnost store. I had to have it towed to Baystate. My truck was in yhe shop for 9 days, everyday I would get a different excuse (battery died during diagnostics, still have the same battery, technician not in, only the one that started working on it can do the job, ordered wrong part, didn’t have an appointment, if I knew it was going to break down I would have made an appointment) I was never offered a rental, which I belive is covered in the extended warranty. I also mentioned when talking to the service department that the stop/start option did not work, was told it would be fixed and was part of the original problem (wiring harness), the start/stop option still does not work. On the good side, the repairs were covered other than the deductable, recalls were installed. The service department was always polite but the excuses and time to get my truck back were unacceptable in my opinion. If I was originally told it would be a week or so to get my behicle back I would have been fine with it and gotten a rental but I was inder the impression it was day to day. My vehicle began having an issue with the audio unit shortly after and I dealt with Anthony and Jon in Service. My concern was fixed by Brian the tech and seems to have been corrected by a simple computer flash/update, which was done while I waited. They even topped my washer fluid off, which seems small, but it meant a lot to me. More

Great Kid!! Brought my 2017 F-150 in for check engine light and rear window would not defrost. Although "EFFY III" was there for two weeks, Anthony stayed in con Brought my 2017 F-150 in for check engine light and rear window would not defrost. Although "EFFY III" was there for two weeks, Anthony stayed in constant contact with me. He also noticed there were two open recalls on her. The check engine light was a faulty intake manifold and the complete rear window had to be replaced. Parts were tough to obtain and a glass company had to do the replacement. Anthony still remained in touch. Kudos to the technician Brian. He let me watch him finish up the job today and explained everything he had done including the "whys." I did not buy EFFY III from Baystate. I did buy EFFY II. They still treated me as a regular customer. Thanks Anthony and Brian!! One more note. The factory warranty covered the work but they gave me an estimate of what it would have cost. They did not have to do that!! More
