Great Experience I went in to Bay State Ford looking to trade in my current vehicle and to upgrade to a truck. I did business with Uirys and he was able to answer all I went in to Bay State Ford looking to trade in my current vehicle and to upgrade to a truck. I did business with Uirys and he was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the direction of a few options. I took a test drive and loved the truck. When it came time to talk numbers and paperwork he was very professional and willing to work with me in order to reach a deal that I was happy with. In my opinion buying a vehicle is very much an experience and Uriys was able to make sure my experience was very positive. I would recommend doing business at Bay State and with Uirys in particular. Was in on 7/2 had my car fixed 2 days later on 7/4 it broke again same thing. I dropped my car off on 7/7 and got it back today 7/8 the staff was amazing and kept me up to date on everything. They handled my situation with stellar service all around they treated me as a person not a number of which I was going to spend they did not create. On three occasions, they called to give me a progress update, and make sure it was okay to continue work, when they thought there might be an upcharge for unforeseen work. Its much better to know early, rather than to be surprised with charges at pick up. More
