Extremely POOR customer service!!! Don’t waste your time! My brother in-law is in the military out of state and asked me to go inspect a vehicle for him. We make an appointment for Saturday morning a week before he comes back home. I arrive on time to the appointment and wait for 40 minutes before a salesman speaks to me. The first question he ask me is if I’m going to purchase a vehicle today. I proceed to explain that I’m looking at it for a family member and he tells me to hold on. So he leaves and comes back and says my manager says since you will not be buying a vehicle today he can’t even show it to me because they were too busy! Obviously they just make appointments to waste people’s time and only care about them selves! This was my first and last experience with this sorry excuse for a car dealership! Thanks for wasting my time so that we did not waste or money with you! More

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with!!!! I’m giving this company a bad rating due to the facts of how they lower the customers in by the online price then tripling the amount in financing. I’m not understanding how you can tell someone one thing over the phone about prices and then get to your location and becomes a different ball park.if you go to this location please be aware not to give your money to them until you have things verified in writting because you will not be allowed to get your money back that’s how they lower a lot of customers in by creating this dream car you have searched for and tell you all the great things while you are in the office with them until the nightmare starts when you do business with them everything then becomes I can’t help what you talked about in the office that’s between you and the salesman what are you serious so there is no ground rules.. it’s do what you want to sale this car.. you have people that work hard for the money they put down on these vehicles it’s not all income tax money. I feel that I was taken advantage of by the company I feel my right was stripped away from me dealing with this company .. this has left me being depressed it’s just sad how people can get away with things to find out not much has been done.. people let’s come together to end this cause we are the people that make these companies who they are by giving them our services so let our voice be heard on this matter join me in stopping this company from ripping people off. Worst dealership in Dallas!stay away So i bought my car last of November 2000 down payment with 200 to start insurance from them. Which I never got papers by the way so everything was don So i bought my car last of November 2000 down payment with 200 to start insurance from them. Which I never got papers by the way so everything was done I bought a 2010 Acura with high mileage they don't show you nothing till u drive off, so I take the car home, the next day the service light comes on i called they said they cant do nothing about it cuz i bought as is. So i call a mechanic he took a look at it said i made a big mistake buying the car its falling apart lilttle by little,surely he was right next thing I know the car lit up like a Christmas tree, all the lights came on. Next thing you know the car don't start at all 2 of the 6 cylinders had gave up burned out, not even 2 months of having the car and the piece of junk don't turn on. So i called over and over saying I wasn't gonna pay for something that don't work. The guy said he would have his manager called they never did, I called ad he said they went gonna give me the car back because I was 10days late 300bucks late smfh. So i called my lawyer thank God I have prove of everything, we will be heading to court soon. Stay away from these people. More

Worst experience ever! They do not deserve a star I live about 99 miles from this dealership. I spoke to one person on the phone and gave him all of my information and told him which car I was interes I live about 99 miles from this dealership. I spoke to one person on the phone and gave him all of my information and told him which car I was interested in. He was very nice and I was hopeful that I would be driving home in the car I wanted. The next day the price increased $4,000.00. On the day I made the appointment for there were a few different people calling to confirm my appointment and some even sent emails. I get to the dealership and told them who I had an appointment with. They put me on a list and there I waited for an hour and half. Then I meet with someone and we go all over the same information I gave the other guy. He looks at me car and asked what I would want for it. We were talking about financing and he said usually they do not do in house financing if you live outside of a 60 mile radius. He did tell us the boss might do it. Well not even 2 minutes with "the boss" he comes back and says sorry but it's a no. They new that I could get cash that day but they did not even want to discuss anything. I didn't even see the car I was interested in. More

I found a hella Bette deal with a different car lot and they told me that they will not give my money back the guy Joe and his manger was really rude a lot of yelling and threats was made to me. They jack up the prices and try to get over on people. By law they can not keep any money that you give to hold a car that goes against many laws and can get them in much trouble.i would not recommend anyone going here they are full of xxxx they sell wrecked cars the seat in the car I was being forced in did not work the front of the car was damaged. I repeat do not go here More

Wanna Be Dealership! This Dealership is HORRIBLE!!! Me and my wife went in and they had no professionalism, they treated us like we were their friends! talking to us like This Dealership is HORRIBLE!!! When we bought the vehicle the car had NO gas in it at all and we asked them if they could fill it up they said they couldn't. then when we went to the gas station after purchasing the vehicle it would not take gas! it would pump for half a gallon and then stop (Repeat)! So we called the dealership and they told us to bring it in so they could fix it for us, When we were on our way to the dealership the check engine light came on. We arrived they told us they never promised to fix it and was going to make us pay a $95 diagnostic fee. They are so horrible! This is why i will NEVER buy from a small dealership again. We are very disappointed! Customer service is how you gain and keep business! More
