They say the cash price is advertised but won't give you a finance price until they run your credit. Once the down payment is placed in their hands , kiss it good-bye. The salesman will come back and make you sign all the paperwork and the last paper you sign will be the total price you'll be paying. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE UNTIL YOU SEE THE FINAL FINANCE PRICE. An $8000 car will end up costing you $24,000. Don't take my word for it. Check BBB complains and Google reviews. More

Major scam If you value your time and money whatsoever avoid this place at all costs. They lure you in with seemingly good deals on cars but they will sell you something completely different than the car you think you will get for a good deal. They will make you wait for hours then they will try their very best to con you into buying the car they want to sell you rather than the car you want. I was shown the wrong car twice and the sales associate tried to pass it off as the car i asked to see (I wouldn't have even noticed if i hadn't noticed the frame damage). I asked to his supervisor and he said no I am the supervisor. After some arguing another guy came up who claimed to be the supervisor. He was of course ridiculously rude and neither of them showed any remorse for their scamming. One star is too much for this place. I am very surprised they haven't been shut down. I have gone out of my way to write this review here and anywhere else i can, and sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau More
Horrible Experience I came into this "car lot" and they sold me a suv. I picked up on July 3rd and of course saying suv drives good, no problems, etc,etc.. TWO days later I came into this "car lot" and they sold me a suv. I picked up on July 3rd and of course saying suv drives good, no problems, etc,etc.. TWO days later, driving to work on 360 and heard a popping noise near the front wheel. Then SNAP!! I couldn't turn the left wheel..Made it to work safely but these people want to accuse me of hitting a pothole or curve which I didnt and billing me for repairs..Told them to keep the car and then hung up in my face!! Very rude and unprofessional!! Bad enough it's going to be on my credit report..Zachary Duary is the WORST salesman I ever encountered..He didnt care I almost wrecked.."I'm too busy with customers"..Please avoid this place at all cost!! This is a very shady dealer, I have never had to wait for a salesman for more than 5 mins. we waited over 45 mins. to talk to someone, the salesman Za This is a very shady dealer, I have never had to wait for a salesman for more than 5 mins. we waited over 45 mins. to talk to someone, the salesman Zack was arrogant, but I was shopping for my twin girls and one of them really wanted to see this car. Me and her drove the car and I was pretty comfortable with it and the price, be aware they also photo shop the pics, it had a long rub down the drivers rear quarter panel, but still they are 16 and I'm thinking it'll probably see worse. Anyway was at my credit union getting the money I wanted to put down, and get my letter of guarantee for the amount financed. Signing the papers at the credit union we noticed a 700.00 charge for add-on fees. I called Zack ask about it, of course he said he was going to have to check into it and call me back, my loan officer said "He knows exactly what its for" he called back and said that was a anti theft card they put on all the vehicles and it was non negotiable (it costs less than 30.00) So I just got a blanket guarantee and kept shopping. Very glad I did, got 2 very nice cars at actual dealerships for the same amount of money! I would not waste my time at 1and2 Automotive!! More

When i was talking to the guy i was unsure if i wanted to get it. The salesman at the time said oh its a a very good vehicle "i wouldn't sell you a car thats going to break down" took his word and purchased the vehicle. 6 months later i start having problems with the vehicle. First it was the battery exploding in the engine bay. I didn't want to make a big deal so i delt with it my self and bought a new one. A couple weeks later the vehicle starting having problems again this time it wouldn't start. Turns out the alternator was bad i called them and they told me that i bought the car and that now it my problem. So i fixed it and now another 6 months later the vehicle wont start because of overheating issues. Took it back to the dealership witch by the way took them a whole week to get back to me. I called 4 days in a row and they ket giving me the run around. Then they called me asking for the key witch the had in their possession the entire time. I finally call again , at this point im frustrated and annoyed with them and demanded to know what was going on and they said oh well the vehicle needs a new block and what not it will roughly be around $4300. Not only do they lie to you but also sell you cars that shouldn't be sold. This has been the worst dealership i have ever attended to. If you are planning on going to this place i suggest you not to go there. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE. I would rather purchase a vehicle from craigslist first before ever thinking of coming to this dealership again. Staff have terrible customer service are very rude. More
