Horrible place. Find somewhere else to go. I came in 2 months ago bought a car that was well that seemed decent. Yea I have crappy credit dur to some bad decisions when younger. But bought a 20 I came in 2 months ago bought a car that was well that seemed decent. Yea I have crappy credit dur to some bad decisions when younger. But bought a 2010 Acadia and put quite a bit down. Made 5 payments equivalent to 2 months and the car broke timing chain which in return due to the car messed motor up. Called and said they would look at it and give me a quote to fix the car. It's been at the dealership for 2 weeks and everyone I talk to says they are gonna call me back never hear from anyone. Been standing in this dealership now for 30 mon still haven't seen anyone. I would stay as far away from this place as possible. They came back with a price that I could have just paid cash for the caf. More

DECEPTION The carlot in person looks nothing like the website. It's run down and beat up. I went to look at an 09 Cadillac CTS I saw online. In person the exterior had scratches, chipped paint etc. The interior had torn seats, stains on seats and upholstery, cigarette burns and it wreaked of cigarette smoke. The website is extremely deceiving. The salesman was nice and professional and I have nothing bad to say about him. Its your job to sale I get it. But your not gonna make a living at my expense with a crappy car. My biggest problem is the deception of the website. The Cadillac online looked pristine and immaculate and the complete opposite in person. There is absolutely no justification for this it is straight up misleading and deceptive to potential buyers. If your going to sale something in poor condition be honest about it. Don't put false pictures online depicting an immaculate exterior/ interior and have it look completely different in person. More
