Lemon lot Not only did they lose my drivers license while in there to purchase an extremely overpriced car and now I get to sit at the DMV all day to replace it Not only did they lose my drivers license while in there to purchase an extremely overpriced car and now I get to sit at the DMV all day to replace it, they knowingly sold me something that needed front and rear brakes, had a broken motor mount and stabilizers as well as needs a new fuel pump! Also took a trade in to them and at the end of the day, they gave me almost a grand less than what was offered to me on the completely unprofessional, handwritten and signed paper I was given at the beginning of our "numbers battle". When we finally reached a number to "agree" on and paperwork was printed up THREE HOURS LATER, I specifically asked for the diagnostics report on the car and was told by my sales guy (Ronny the crook) that everything checked out on it and was fine. Unfortunately for me, I took his word for it because I was in a hurry to get out of there and didn't want to wait an additional 45 min just for him to print out a paper and walk across the room to get it. All of this and I walked in with CASH IN HAND to pay for this car. Of course, I'm a female so they took that as me being a complete idiot and I allowed them to take advantage of me because I'm over trusting. When I called to talk to them about the issues I've been having with the car (started having problems the DAY AFTER) I was told by Howard "thank you for calling today and we hope you get the repairs needed for your vehicle". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Sure, some of their prices might be good, but who's to say your vehicle will drive the next day. More
Bait and Switched I went through great pains to get a telephone or e-mail pre-approval from this dealership. I went in seeking a specific vehicle, not to car shop. Thou I went through great pains to get a telephone or e-mail pre-approval from this dealership. I went in seeking a specific vehicle, not to car shop. Though they'd already dinged my credit with a hard inquiry once when I applied online, they had me re-submit all my info AGAIN in person, only to come back and say they couldn't honor the terms they outlined via telephone. Those terms, for your reference, were that if a bank would not finance me, the dealership would as their in-house financing was apparently not credit-based. I found out after a nearly 50-mile drive that this was just a lie the sales reps (and even the sales MANAGER) use to lure people into the dealership. On top of not even showing me the vehicle I came to see, the sales rep (Scott) tried to get me to test drive a bucket I'm sure they could not give away. Very disappointed at having wasted my time and energy and being so blatantly bait and switched. Would never recommend anyone buy anything from these shady dudes. More

Bad dealership, strongly do not recommend to deal with I found a car for my friend and I called the customer care to come and have a look at it, I was upfront telling them the car is not for me and it is f I found a car for my friend and I called the customer care to come and have a look at it, I was upfront telling them the car is not for me and it is for my friend but I need to have a look at it and discuss the price, the guy on the phone said it is ok come and see the car When I arrived there I met the sales guys his name Kennith and his boss Bob, I was same thing upfront with them, Bob was upset and aggressive but he still letting me check the car despite I mentioned to them if they are not comfortable I can leave, after I checked the car and started to talk about the price Bob was kind of mugging me then he went outside and came back telling me he do want to deal with me and asking me to go out of the shop because business cannot be done that way My point that this dealer first of all has no communication among themselves (phone guy just want to drag your leg to visit the shop), not setting right expectation despite I was up front with them, also no respect to customer even though deal made or not, this is not the first time buying a car for a friend from a dealer but this first time dealing with such low moral personal to deal with (treating people like a beggers not a customers and with arrogance), I strongly won't recommend to deal with such dealership More

I was hoping since we read the BBB has a revoked status on this place (too many unresolved complaints) I was hoping for a better experience than what I had saw online. I'll surely be making a complaint with them next. My family bought a Chevy truck, which is a nice truck at a good price, I'll give them that. The day after we roll it off the lot we find out the vehicle has a security system that the dealer doesn't have the key fob for (they did not disclose this or warn us, evidently they didn't know, I suppose ignorance is bliss?). $550 bucks later to have it removed same day at an alarm company. Truck wouldn't start and made noises all day, had to disconnect the battery. Called Mike, our sales person, he said it wasn't his problem. He agreed it was wrong, but not his problem and reminded me 'as is'. He said he understood that what happened to my family was wrong and that he was sorry but his "hands were tied". Gave Mike a few chances to make it right to no avail. We picked up the truck with the tank on empty & no spare key, and boy, I'm used to getting the warm and fuzzies when someone buys a car. Not this time. At this place folks - they flip them fast and don't look back. I believe I have been more than fair in my review, gave credit where it was due. I've bought many cars at dealerships and know the game well enough to know what to mildly expect. I'll tell everyone I know - friends, family, colleagues, my church and social media accounts. Blue collar folks need to stay away from this place, pay a little more, and go to a reputable dealer. More
Good prices but be careful of "errors" and snuck-in pricing Bought an RX350 from here for a fairly good price. During contract signing, they tried to bump up the price by $1,000, but I caught it and they claimed it was a "mistake". Right.. Anyway after signing, I later discovered I had overlooked that they snuck in an "anti-theft deterrent device" for $421. This is actually just a $60 box. They refused to remove it unless I paid a fee. I asked what the fee was. They said they dont know because they won't remove it. So I told them I was keeping it and the service (they said they'd remove it after paying off the car). They said there was no service associated with it and hung up on me. Lastly, DONT LET YOUR SALES GUY LEAVE THE OFFICE. Everytime ours left, he was gone for at least 15 minutes at a time. They said their creditcard machine was down, so we had to go to the bank to get cash for the down payment.. that on top of the 15 minute disappearances, made up 4 hours between sit-down to buy the car we had selected (after looking at cars and driving a couple), and walking out of the door.
