If you buy a car from these people you're just setting yourself up for heartache, scare tactics, and pressure to make a car payment every two weeks.. Ever two weeks after the purchase.. I saw the car I wanted online for $6900, met with DJ (sales guy), explained what I wanted in detail. DJ acted like everything was good and made me feel like I could trust him.. Don't!!!!!! He stated that he got me approved then went to have the paperwork drawn up. Well the $6900 car now turned into $13,900 and when I asked about the difference I was told that was the online price vs. the "in-house finance" price.. I explained there is no way I'm paying $13,900 for a 2005 car that I just had and paid $2500 with more options from the auction.. So I purchased the car for $6900 and while signing the paperwork I saw the mention of the bi-weekly payment.. I stop DJ and ask if this was the only way to pay.. He said that I could pay monthly so we did the deal.. Well, about 3 weeks later I'm at my aunts wedding walking her down the isle and I get a call from 1 & 2.. Asking for my car payment.. I told the young lady that I was told I could make monthly payment but she would not hear it.. She told me that they were going to repo my car and I would lose all my money.. I hung up on her.. Next Howard calls me, telling me he wants to work with me.. But I will have to come in.. I then overlooked my contract and in fact it stated that I was to pay every week, not every two weeks. I ask them to change the contract to reflect monthly payment but they wouldn't do so. However they would change it to reflect bi-weekly and move the final pay date from 9/2018 to 9/2020.. I decline to sign the new contract and was told if I was unwilling to work with them that they knew my car was up the street and they would just have it towed in and repo.. Well, currently 7/7 after two months of this I walk out to go to work and they have taken the car for a payment that was due on 7/1 after my last payment of $450 on June 24.. I was told that I was 20 days overdue and this was for $11 from the June 24th payment. So when I called to get the car back I was told that I owed $536. $225 for my bi-weekly payment due on 7/1 the $11 late fee and a $300 repo fee.. Now why would anyone repo your car for a current payment of $11 late fee without calling or asking about it.. These people pray on the weak and unfortunate. They want you to be desperate.. I would not buy a car from this dealership if it were the last one on earth and my mom worked there.. Buyers be aware of what you sign. read everything carefully and if at ANY moment you don't feel right about the purchase WALK AWAY.. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY EITHER until you have ALL DETAILS of your contract and you're happy.. Fair WARNING More

I looked at two Infiniti M35's but was given the Auto Check that almost clean while the other had water damage. The car I purchased had incorrect wheel bolts and locks confirmed by a reputable national tire shop who also stated the car was very unsafe to drive. While it is up to the buyer to check everything, there should be some integrity about what is being sold or should be disclosed. Also, the spare tire/jack went missing after I picked up the car but was there initially. The whole experience was 'Shady" and reeked of the negative perception used car sales people have. Will never recommend or go to this dealer again. Don't buy a car from Michael Locklear. RUN!! Will probable offload this car as soon as I can and go to an actual known Car Dealership. More

And they put time into making their cars look nice on the outside, but don't invest anything to making them sturdy on the inside, so you often get something that requires a lot of work after you buy it. I had my eyes set on two challengers so I drove for hours to go ahead and try to buy one of them. We got there at around 11am, we were told we were going to be seated in 15 minutes. We waited and nothing. We asked again and once again, they tell us the wait is 15 minutes. We ended up waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. The employees never acknowledged us and the front desk clerk was just as rude. He rarely even saw us in the face. Ok so we were about to leave and finally we are seen my Michael, someone whom has no business working with people since he can't seem to have proper customer service. He only shook the hand of the male in the group and ignored the two women. We went ahead and told him that we would like to see the cars first to see if we would want any of the ones we had in mind since other places in Dallas also had other challengers that we liked. He pretty much ended telling us not to waste his time if he have other vehicles we want to see elsewhere and that everyone else waiting was set on buying a vehicle from them. Are you serious, is everyone supposed to just see one car and decide they want it? Ridiculous! He refused to show is any vehicles until he ran our application. He leaves for 40 minutes without hearing from him. We are getting impatient and ask another employee how long it takes to run the application, he says, 10 to 15 minutes. At this point, we've had it. He comes back and says he can't get us a deal. Waste of a trip with this car dealership. Bottom line: God awful customer service, long waiting time, rude car salesmen. Never again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. More

My son made the deal for $8000, I may add that he is fresh out of the Army veteran infantry soldier. He sent the dealership a certified check. After 5 weeks, I called to see when his car would be ready for pick-up as he had to ship it to Florida.I got into a very heated argument with the manager, who threatened to leave the car on the street as my son had the title. Today the car arrived. Battery is dead, the transmission pops out of gear, it was filthy dirty, all the knobs on the dashboard are not legible, and the tires have about 10% tread on them. These people are not honest and they don't care about the customer. I guess they figure that because he lives in another state they can get away with this. I guess he learned a very expensive lesson. More

Tried bringing my car back 3 days after I bought it. They would not let me return it. Car shakes, dies, n etc. Manager hung up on me after explaining to him the problems with my car. Went to the dealership for 3 weekends straight and Mike avoided me every single time i showed up. Sending other sales guys to talk to me to tell me bull crap. They took my car and told me what was wrong with it. Nothing worked. I got tune up, fuel injector,computer, etc and still car does the same thing. I pay all my payments. Not worth the price im paying for total or the monthly 400 dollar payments. I even came with another down payment to trade in the car and still NOBODY helped me with anything. I been respectful and patient about it all. I want my car traded in im so sick and tired of the car I have. All the freaking lights are on. I said something to every single person in that building about the car. Reading this review they should know who I am. I dont think anyone has complained more than me. I want a different car! I have money down. I pay all my payments. Pathetic!!! Ill be sending that car back real soon. I rather deal with the same issues with A CASH CAR! More
