He was so understanding and patient it was our first time going to a dealership and he made sure that we was comfortable ask if we needed water or snacks while we waiting on everything to go through with the paperwork. He also made sure that we understood the steps and processes of the payments. He even went out his way to take us back to our House because we live local. To get our plates off your car to put it on the new Honda. So we didn’t have to pay for a Uber. He was so humble and the realist people person there in the Honda dealership. He talk to you like a person should talk to people with respect and understanding and helpful was really relatable as a person for a sale person at a dealership. He was really down to earth.

I was very pleased that the service dept. was able to check out my 2010 Prius so quickly after we had it towed in from Rome on Tues. Lisa, service dept. was understanding of our situation. Husband was charged battery under hood, but auxiliary battery in back of car was issue. I had left on dome light, which apparently drained the battery. Appreciated the quick turn-around!
