First of all, I had a bad experience on my previous car which is not from Koeppel so I approached Carrie, who’s been helping me since I met her and I’ve been with Koeppel for 9years as a customer. I asked her about the lease and she helped me out and introduced me to Ahmed Chowdhury. He was very nice and very knowledgeable and helpful from day one. Helped me out with all the process and made it so easy for me. And the person, from the finance department, really explained everything to me, and said all the facts. With this kind of employees, they are exceptional and I really appreciate them a lot and I hope the employer as well. Even after the transaction, Ahmed made sure I was doing good and extended help if I needed anything. This is the reason why I don’t want to go to other car dealers. I may not have the luxurious car but having these employees helping me all the way, this is an A plus and way better than having a luxury car! Thank you again so much! More
