We were told that we would be able to discuss that with the finance guy when we signed the papers.However, we never got to see a finance guy.We never went back to any finance room.We signed the papers out on the showroom floor with austin. I will take someone accountability and that is, I did not check to make sure we had gap insurance on the forms.We were signing so that was my bad.However, I would expect if you express this to somebody several times and you get told that you will be able to take care of this.And then you don't , that's not a very good experience for me. I would recommend this dealership to other people cause they did work very hard with the credit situation to get my son this vehicle, but I would give anyone extreme caution prior to signing papers, make sure that what you have asked for they actually have put into the contracts.So you don't get screwed over.

I did reach out and spoke to youth.South , who explained to me that the bank only allowed so much money for the purchase of the vehicle and that there was no money left for gap insurance
