I brought my 2011 Nissan Frontier (just over 200,000 miles) in with an intermittent engine problem I'd been trying to diagnose for earned this one. I brought my 2011 Nissan Frontier (just over 200,000 miles) in with an intermittent engine problem I'd been trying to diagnose for months, along with several other age-related repairs. From the moment I arrived, my service advisor, Allie, realized this wasn't a routine visit. Instead of simply writing up a repair order, she took the time to listen to what I had been through trying to diagnose the problem myself. She made sure that information reached Jeff, a Master Technician, before any work began. She called him over and we discussed the truck's history and previous testing together, instead of him starting from scratch. That first conversation told me everything I needed to know. Before I even left the truck with them, I had complete confidence they would diagnose it correctly and recommend only what actually needed to be repaired. I've never felt that level of confidence leaving my vehicle with any mechanic – anywhere! Jeff found the root cause of the intermittent engine problem, explained the evidence behind his recommendations, and even corrected an unrelated transmission harness issue at no charge. At every step, Allie kept me informed, answered my questions, and there was never any pressure to approve work I wasn't comfortable with. When I drove the truck home, it honestly felt like a new vehicle. The engine runs beautifully, the suspension is quiet again, and the intermittent engine problem is gone. Thank you to Allie, Jeff, the service manager, and the entire service team. If you're looking for a dealership that listens first, diagnoses problems instead of guessing at them, and treats customers with honesty and respect, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. More
