Complete lack of communication. Had a 9am appointment and tracker showed "in service" at 4:30pm. I could have used my car during the day and brought it after work. Never any movemen Had a 9am appointment and tracker showed "in service" at 4:30pm. I could have used my car during the day and brought it after work. Never any movement on the tracker and no calls for 2 days. I called 4pm on second day - no answer. Called again and someone transfered me and no answer but was told I would get a call back ASAP. No call so I just came back at 5pm on second day to pick up. Was told they just finished the diagnostic and recommended $3000 worth of work. I paid diagnostic fee and left. Was told diagnostics take 2 days (4 with no appointment). That seems a bit ridiculous! Also, I did expect some kind of contact regarding progress. Changed 2 days worth of work and appointments to cover. Very disappointed in this visit. More
