To start, Joe was awesome. Josh was friendly, but made some kind of off-color remarks about whether or not I needed to involve my wife in the buying decision, which...just don't...I wasn't overtly offended, but It's not 1970 anymore, and that kind of talk just isn't necessary. The finance experience was fine overall, but I did have to wait for close to 30 mins to get into the finance room. I was waiting right next to the Finance team's desks, and it didn't seem like there was much else going on while I was waiting, (but they appeared to have plenty of time to chit chat amongst themselves) . I get it, but if you're gonna chit chat, maybe don't do it in line of sight of the customer. All in all a good car buying experience, and I'd buy from Alpine again. More

We came to Alpine looking for a vehicle capable of towing 8000+ lbs. We were looking at several different cars at different dealerships. They worked hard to find us an Armada in the color and trim level we wanted. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one in Colorado but they found one in another state and had it shipped to the store. We completed all the paperwork prior to its arrival so when it came, all we had to do was pick it up! The rubber mats didn’t arrive with the car but Joe actually came to our house over the weekend to drop them off when they arrived! We were very happy with our experience at Alpine and are enjoying our new Armada!! More
