This was the most enjoyable car purchase I have ever had, and I've purchased 7 cars in the past. Dee Ann was very helpful in finding what I wanted, even as I changed my mind a few times. She never pressure and I've purchased 7 cars in the past. Dee Ann was very helpful in finding what I wanted, even as I changed my mind a few times. She never pressured me, but always followed thru. The whole process was enjoyable and I believe I was treated fair and got a great deal on my new Cadillac CT5-V. I will recommend James Woods and Dee Ann to anyone looking for a great car. More

I bought a new Cadillac from James Wood a few mont ... and all that support him are nothing short of SUPERSTARS!!!! I wish I could rate Will a 1000. I bought a new Cadillac from James Wood a few months back. I was having a supply chain order issue from Cadillac, trying to get parts for a repair. Will Davis stood by me the entire time, made sure I was not without a car to drive and I honestly felt like he cared, along with my sales person Rossie Sewell and the service manager, Brandon. My car is back with me, running better than ever. Love Love that I bought from James Wood Cadillac ! Feel confident that if you go there for your vehicle needs, you will be taken care of !!
