I was experiencing a clunking & knocking sound coming from the front end of my Grand Cherokee L. The technician that was in charge of finding problem said it was the shocks because they were leaking. The from the front end of my Grand Cherokee L. The technician that was in charge of finding problem said it was the shocks because they were leaking. They replaced the shocks & struts but the noise was still there. The service manager Wes did some reaching & found out it was the sway bar. They repaired it & that took care of the problem. The only issue i had really had was communication. I had to call to get updates on if my vehicle was repaired or not. More
